Sean McGreevy
Founder
Sean comes from a family deeply rooted in the building industry. His grandfather was a project manager in Ireland, and his father became a senior executive for one of the largest commercial construction firms in Australia and New Zealand. You could say building is in his blood.
With over 15 years of experience, Sean has worked across both commercial and residential sectors, from aged care, healthcare, and office fit outs to renovations, extensions, and new builds. He began his career with Multiplex on large-scale commercial projects, then expanded into residential construction, developing a well-rounded skillset and a reputation for quality, integrity, and problem-solving.
Backed by the guidance of an extended advisory group with over 40 years of industry experience, Sean leads SC Projects with a focus on smart solutions, clear communication, and delivering exceptional results to clients.
